Sour cream tart with fresh berries
Here is another version of summer cake with fresh berries or fruit. It looks like a Tyrolean cake Yagodnaya Polyana, but the taste is completely different. However, I must say that, in the General opinion of all family members, Tyrolean pie tastier. Although this is also very good!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Berry

  • Jelly

    1 pack

To prepare products for the basics.

Put all ingredients in a blender

And grind until obtaining a granulate, which can keep the shape.

Put the dough in a thin layer on the bottom, then the sides of the form. Remove for 10 minutes in the freezer. Then prick with a fork all over the bottom and bake for 15 minutes.

To prepare products for fill. We will need the zest from a whole lemon and the juice of half a lemon or to taste.

and bake until tender, about 35 minutes at a temperature of 180*C.

While baking cake prepare fresh berries or fruit to taste. I have raspberries, black currants, cherries and apricots. Cherries have the pits removed, apricots cut into slices.

The cake is ready allow to cool completely, sprinkle the berries and fruits,

Pour yellow or colorless jelly cake to cool in the refrigerator for a couple hours.
