Swedish cupcake
Today is Knowledge Day, and although school range will take place only tomorrow, the cupcake for my daughter and I baked today to congratulate her and at the same time all students with the beginning of the school year.

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

Softened butter (150 gr) whipped with sugar (125 gr).

Add the eggs and vanilla essence, mix well. Pour the sifted flour (150 gr) with baking powder, pour 5 tbsp of water and again mix it all together.

Cake pan grease and put into it the finished dough. Send cake in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes.

To prepare the dressing. In a saucepan, melt 50 g of butter, 1 tbsp milk, 20 gr of flour and 25 gr of sugar, pour plates of almonds.

After half an hour to get the cake from the oven and pour over the filling. In the trail. time I won't mix almond plate with filling and sprinkle them on top. So it will be cuter and better almonds are lightly browned. Put the cake in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Cut the cake is still warm, so the cut is not very good, the crumb is a bit squashed.
