Australian Easter cupcake
With Great Easter!!! Try my Easter cake. He's in to heat the heat delicious, and the next day (as it should be) even better.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Raisins wash, dry and pour on the brandy hour.

Dissolve the yeast with 50 grams of sugar in warm milk.

Add the flour,100 g butter, softened, egg, salt and lemon zest and knead the dough.

Leave for one hour in the heat to lift.

When the dough has risen, knead again, let rise a second time.

Roll the dough out to a thickness of 1 cm.

Brush with remaining melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and raisins.

Wrap into a tight roll.

Put in a greased round form (silicone if like me, you do not need to grease) cake pan with hole in the middle. Bake at 180 gr. within 45-50 minutes.
