Cooking

When the roast is Golden it add Bay leaf, tomato paste, and Basil.
Ready to cook add 1 Cup of water. From make stuffing balls-hedgehogs. Then all the hedgehogs pour more water to nearly cover them with water. Try for salt, add if necessary.
Simmer for 40-50 minutes.
