Liver cutlets with vegetables
Delicious home-made.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    800 g

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cutlets: liver and onions to prepare and mince.
