Cooking
Mix in a bowl cottage cheese (I 5%), egg and finely cut dill. Salt to taste and white pepper.
I bought the cannelloni, which does not require boiling. But there is that need cooking. Read the instruction on the package. Fill the cannelloni with the filling (just best).
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Heat the milk and melt in it butter. While stirring, add the flour, salt and white pepper. The sauce should be thick.
Form grease with oil. Pour a little sauce on the bottom. Lay the cannelloni and pour the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in oven for 25-30 min. at a temperature of 200*C.
