This roll with juicy filling of fish, with a delicate omelette, cooked very simply. It will become your favorite dish you want to cook and other holidays.

Cooking
4 eggs whisk with milk (cream), add salt, pepper, parsley.
From the resulting mixture, cook 2 scrambled eggs in butter (margarine).
Roll out the dough, moisten the edges with water. Put both omelets on the dough (they have a bit to go at each other), leaving 2 cm free at the edges. Lay the fish on the omelette. (I have the 2 fish species of chum salmon and oil).
Roll the dough jelly roll along the long edge. Edge moisten with water and place on the baking sheet seam side down. The top of the roulade, decorate with pieces of the remaining dough. Brush the loaf with the beaten egg. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the rolls are brown.
