Tortilla is a type of Spanish omelette with vegetables. Toppings can be very different. I made with potatoes and tuna.

Peel the potatoes from their skins, cut into circles. Fry in hot butter for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Tuna mash with a fork, squeeze the garlic, mix well. (75 grams is half a tin of tuna, in principle, it is possible to put a whole, will be richer filling)
Beat eggs with salt and paprika.
Pepper finely chop, add with peas and tuna to potatoes. Fry a couple of minutes.
