Potato tortilla with tuna
Tortilla is a type of Spanish omelette with vegetables. Toppings can be very different. I made with potatoes and tuna.

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tuna

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Butter

Peel the potatoes from their skins, cut into circles. Fry in hot butter for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Tuna mash with a fork, squeeze the garlic, mix well. (75 grams is half a tin of tuna, in principle, it is possible to put a whole, will be richer filling)
