Wash vegetables. Pepper release from the stalk and seeds.Apple remove the core.
Onion cut into half rings, pepper - short strips, Apple in small pieces, green onion rings.
The liver is cut and fried in vegetable oil until Golden brown (4-6min.). Then place the mixture into a separate bowl.
In the same pan sauté the vegetables: onions, peppers and Apple.
To combine the liver with vegetables, green onions, salt and pepper. Cover, reduce heat and cook until tender (about 15min.)
