Cooking

step-0
For this dish I used a mixture of rice and quinoa "Quinoa and basmati rice Mix".
step-1
First they make the mess. In a pot poured the mixture, add milk, water, salt.
step-2
Bring to a boil, stir, lower the heat to low and cook 13-15 minutes with the lid closed. From time to time stir the porridge.
step-3
I give porridge to cool (until lukewarm), add the orange zest, yeast, sifted flour, milk.
step-4
Mix the ingredients together.
step-5
The dough is covered with foil and give it a little increase in volume.
step-6
A cutting Board, cover with film or plastic bag, a little grease with vegetable oil. Spread half of the dough and formed a rectangle with a width of about 10 cm and a thickness of about 1.5 cm (the dough will be sticky, so hand, I also have a little grease with vegetable oil).
step-7
Heat vegetable oil and fry in it the dough, cutting with a knife wedges directly over the bowl of oil. In the same way fried sticks from the remaining half of dough.
step-8
Spread fried sticks on paper towel to remove excess oil, give a little to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
step-9
The sauce is cooked very simply. Honey mixed with orange juice (if honey is thick, it must be heated in the microwave). Dessert is served with this sauce. Bon appétit!
