Ingredients

  • Liver

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Veal heart and lungs boiled in salted water (better with spices) until tender. Liver to cool and grind in a meat grinder. Onions cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until Golden and add to the stuffing. Season with salt and pepper.

Cottage cheese, eggs, baking soda and salt mash with a potato masher.
