Oat pancakes with carrots
Tender fluffy pancakes with a slight scent of honey.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    240 ml

  • Milk

    240 ml

  • Flour

    240 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    4 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pour cereal with warm milk and leave for 20-30 minutes to swell.

Carrots grate on medium grater.

Add milk-oat mass.

To drive one egg and add honey. Mix well.

Stirring slowly add the flour.
