Potato omelette with tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    350 g

  • Bacon

    80 g

  • Sausage

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Green onions

    0.333 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Potatoes peel and cut into thin slices.

Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.

Bacon cut into thin strips and fry in 1 tbsp. spoon of sunflower oil.

Sausage cut into slices. Add to bacon and fry. Do not try to fry to a crisp, just lightly fry.

With a slotted spoon, put bacon and sausage in a separate bowl, trying all the fat left in the pan. It is still useful to us.

In a large bowl with a whisk, lightly beat eggs, salt and pepper.

Add the chopped onions, 2/3 of the grated cheese, bacon and sausage. Mix gently with a spatula.

Add the cooled boiled potatoes. Mix gently with a spatula.

The fat that remained in the pan, pour into a baking dish. Spread potato-egg mixture. Flatten.

Randomly lay out the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Try tomatoes extra cheese to sprinkle. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 30-35 minutes. Be sure to try the middle with a skewer.
