Today I want to share a delicious recipe from Norway, succulent tasty salmon with interesting colourful salad with bulgur. A huge plus of the recipe that prepares all quickly, I made in half an hour. And, as you know, Norwegians pay a lot of attention to their health, this recipe is no exception, the dish is not only tasty but also healthy!

Red onion cut into thin half rings, marinate for 10 minutes in white wine vinegar, vinegar then drain. Soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes, drain the water.
Cucumber peel, cut into cubes. Chop the dill.
The salmon and season with salt and pepper, drizzle with orange juice.
Mix the salad one Cup of chickpeas, onion, cucumber, dill, raisins.
Boil the bulgur until tender in salted water. To cool down a bit.
Fry salmon in a pan on both sides until tender, I cook without adding oil in a nonstick pan.
Add the bulgur to the salad, mix well, salt to taste, season with olive oil and lemon juice.
Serve salmon with warm salad, sprinkled with cranberries.
