Bread pudding with blueberries and Porto
I really liked the recipe for this pudding, which we had in one little restaurant. So decided to cook myself since it is just extraordinary, and in it goes bread and fresh berry. Perfect for Breakfast and for dessert.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Blueberries

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.25 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • The wine is fortified

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

The basic ingredients are bread, eggs, berries, butter and sugar

Spread butter on bread and cut bread slices that we put into the form

After the grain layer, make a layer of berries, I added some lemon zest to taste

Eggs, beat with sugar and milk

Make another layer of bread and pour the port wine and sweet mixture, allow to soak 5 to 10 min.

Put in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until crust is formed

Take out of oven and let cool. Overturn on a plate. From the top you can sprinkle with cinnamon, and jam, and all that you want!
