Potatoes with sausages and beans in foil
Potatoes with smoked sausages, mushrooms and beans, baked in foil - delicious and the perfect hearty dish for a picnic or quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    450 g

  • Green beans

    450 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

    1 coup

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Sausage cut into thick slices.

Young small sized potatoes well washed and cut into quarters.

Fresh green beans wash, cut off the tips. Frozen beans to defrost.

Mushrooms wipe with a cloth, cut into 4 pieces.

Onion peel, cut into thin half-rings.

Cut four sheets of foil measuring approximately 30 × 30 cm If the foil is thin, forming a square in two layers. Divide sausage, potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and onions into 4 equal parts and place in the center of each square of foil in a single layer.

Fold all 4 sides of each square, forming the package. In each batch add the butter, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce (I used sweet soy sauce TM Kikkoman), finely chopped garlic, seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, mix gently. I'm not salted, as soy sauce is quite salty.

Tightly seal foil. Place the foil packets on a well-heated grill and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Can be baked in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.

Potatoes are ready to submit immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped greens. Bon appetit!
