Burgers
I offer you my special recipe meatballs, made with help of a magic pot from Zepter at Zepter rules: fry cakes without a drop of oil. The result - delicious, healthy, flavorful and beautiful cakes. Test drive continues.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Oat flour

  • Tomato juice

    2 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chicken meat with skin and fat grind in a meat grinder with a large grille.

Grind carrots.

Grind the onion.

Add the egg, salt, pepper, semolina. Knead well minced and set aside for 30 minutes.

To prepare gravy: grind tomatoes, bell pepper (you can use a ready-made tomato juice, but homemade is much tastier).

Add seasoning, mix well.

Add the mustard, mix well. Add salt, sugar. Bring to a boil (do not boil!) and turn off the heat.

Formed small round patties (like pancakes), dip them in flour. From this amount of mince I got 19 meatballs.

A saucepan cover with a lid and heat it until the beginning of the green sector (look at the inner scale). You can also verify that warmed the pot or not if some water droplets should roll out like a balloon.

Put the chicken, pressed with a spatula and fry for 1-2 min Pan no grease, the burgers do not stick!!! Turn over and fry other side the same. Remove the chops from the skillet, fry the next batch.

Disconnect the fire, put in a saucepan all burgers (sideways), as in the photo. Pour hot gravy.

Put the saucepan on the smallest burner and bring the arrow of the controller to the middle of the green sector (for me it took 5 min). Turn off the heat and leave "tamitsa" burgers for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes open the lid, add hops-suneli, garlic. Close the lid for another 10 minutes.
