Cake is baked in two types of test. Prepare the dough No. 1 : the sifted flour, cold butter, grated on a grater, sugar, egg and baking powder to combine in a bowl, quickly stir until smooth, put into a form, distribute around the perimeter (with wet hands) and put into the refrigerator.
