Here are the products we need.
First of all, prepare the marinade for the future of the salad, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and sugar until dissolved. Add the chopped garlic and black pepper. Let us put aside.
Cut vegetables roughly the same size: a large sweet pepper strips, cucumbers - cubes, olives leave whole. Mushrooms and cauliflower (disassembled into florets) pre-blanchere in boiling water. Mushrooms in 5 minutes and the cauliflower for 3 minutes and immediately cooled in cold water with added ice cubes. Drain well the water and add to the chopped vegetables.
Spread the prepared vegetables in a container of appropriate size and cover with the marinade. Mix well and let infuse in the fridge for 5 hours. During this time periodically stir the vegetables.
Ready pickled salad spread in salad bowl and invite everyone to the table. Bon appetit.
