I love beets. You can eat it just raw, dressed with olive oil and soy sauce. Today you offer it to bake. And an interesting marinade during cooking will give the dish a zesty aroma and an exquisite taste.

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products. Beet wash, clean.
Slice the beetroot fairly large pieces.
Prepare the marinade. Ginger root grate on a small grater, add brown sugar.
Add the soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, honey. Good mix up.
Add the beets to the marinade and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beets along with the marinade, put in a baking dish, sprinkle with pine nuts and put to bake until tender (40 to 60 minutes).
