Description
Very beautiful, like a battered pieces of chicken just melt in your mouth! Juicy, soft, moderately sweet, a little spicy! Very tasty, especially with a sauce based on ginger. The nuggets, though rich, but notice, how to eat the whole plate! ;)

Cooking
Fillet cut into portions. Look closely at the photo, something like that! I did it by eye, but approximately 2x8 cm, thickness 1 cm. Much larger shouldn't be, but it was too little, too - will be dry.
In the bowl make the marinade: break the eggs, whisk with salt. Pour half a Cup of milk.
While whisking, add half a Cup of flour (a little bit), salt and paprika.
Whisk to a state of watery sour cream. I usually do without any additions.
Dip the fillets in the marinade and allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
In the remaining flour, put the paprika, ginger, white and red pepper.
Add remaining seasonings: salt, curry, allspice, turmeric, hops suneli and oregano.
All mix well and put in a double plastic bag. Put a deep frying pan (skillet) on the stove. Pour 0.5 liters of sunflower oil. Oil need much. So all the pieces fell in.
Once the oil is boiling, put a few pieces of fillet (I 5-7) in the package. Shake the chicken in the package, so it falls off evenly with the mixture.
Throw the chicken pieces in almost boiling oil. I repeat: the meat should be completely submerged in oil, otherwise they will not INCREASE IN VOLUME! Fry for about three minutes when the specified dimensions from each side.
Our Golden and juicy nuggets are ready! )))
