Souffle chicken
Gentle, airy soufflé. The next day it can be cut into layers and use it as a cold appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Seasoning

Make fillet of beef. Whisk in a blender all the ingredients. Spread in the prepared form (diameter of my form — 18 cm). The oven heated to 200*C. Bake soufflés for about half an hour.
