Roasted peppers in Bulgarian
In Bulgaria a lot of dishes from the pepper, here is one of them. A recipe shared with me father in law (he is Bulgarian). So the recipe is, you can tell the people.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    15 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

Pepper lay on a baking sheet and bake.

Then place the pepper in a bag and give it to steam.

Clean the pepper from the skin.

Whisk 1 egg. Dip the pepper in egg.

Then roll in flour.

Fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Do with all the peppers and set it aside.

Now for the fill. In a frying pan, where roasted peppers, parboil the onion, then tomatoes. Then add salt, pepper, seasoned with sushi. herbs (I had thyme).

And fill with mixture of remaining egg with grated cheese (I have cheese and cheese - 100 g).

After about 5-7 mins got this fill.

Then put pepper on a dish and cover with the filling, allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes and Bon appetite! I didn't want to wash extra dishes and I just buried pepper in the gravy right in the pan.

Here is the dish I got! Very, I tell you, it is versatile as it is delicious in hot or cold.
