Description

Cooking
1) All ingredients should be at room temperature. For the test to break in a bowl the eggs, whisk with sugar. Add the vegetable oil, milk, sour cream, cinnamon, salt, vanilla. Whisk every time you add a new ingredient. Mix well the flour with baking powder, sift and add gradually to the dough, stirring constantly. Once the flour will disperse stop to interfere.
2) a Knife, chop 50g. almonds, 125g. chocolate, cut the candied fruit. Mix everything.
3) the Resulting mixture introduced into the dough and stir with a spatula.
4) the Batter is poured into the form 33 x 22.5 cm
5) For the top layer sift flour, mix with almond flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add the chopped pieces of butter. Grind the mixture with your hands or using two forks to a state similar to bread crumbs.
6) Crumbs evenly sprinkle the dough.
7) Bake the cake at 180*C for 30 minutes.
