Cooking
Whisk the eggs with the sugar (regular and brown).
Slice the peach and apricot small pieces.
Add to the dough melted butter, serum and sliced fruit. Mix thoroughly.
Small portions with continuous stirring to enter the sifted flour. Add baking powder, mix well.
Pour the batter over the cups (if the iron must be pre-greased with vegetable oil). Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Ready to test a torch.
