Potato gratin
The most simple, we can say the most banal ingredients, but how delicious it turns out! The idea is not mine, taken from the magazine "Eat tastefully", but the recipe has been tested more than once in the native cuisine. The most delicious that can be cooked quickly potatoes! Very important, when guests are on the way - the cooking process takes only about 20 minutes, the other 40 for you to work an oven :)

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    450 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Nutmeg

500 g of washed potatoes (4 medium potatoes) cut into slices thickness of 2-3 mm. For this purpose, the ideal kitchen appliance, I went in the course of the slicer (aka "universal cuts").

To the sliced potatoes add the grated on a coarse grater cheese. To taste add spices (salt, pepper), a pinch of nutmeg.

In a separate bowl break 2 eggs, whisk with milk at room temperature. Add salt to taste.

A baking dish rubbed with garlic, then grease with butter. Spread the mixture of cheese fries (making sure the slices lay beautiful layers), pour the milk with the eggs. Shape size are different, so take milk so that it completely covers the potatoes. Put in the preheated oven for 40 minutes (until cooked potatoes).

Casserole with fancy name of "define" ready! In fact, it's potatoes, baked/otvoreni th/Protosenya in the omelet. But it's still delicious!!!
