To say that it is delicious - nothing to say! This dessert is prepared simple and very fast, and requires minimum products, and the result - mmm... Cream turns out to tender, soft and silky, and very tasty. I don't know why it was called a truffle, but "for what has bought, for and sell". Try not remain indifferent

Cooking
Cream: Chocolate to break into pieces and place over low heat in a water bath.
Melt and remove from heat. Do not bring to boil! Stirring with a whisk, pour 100 ml cream and stir until smooth.
Butter cut into pieces and add to chocolate. Add orange zest and vanilla and stir with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a Cup (2-3) and put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve: whip the Cream. Before serving, put in each Cup a little cream and sprinkle the top with Krokant.
