Ingredients
Cucumber

Onion

Pepper
1 kg
Carrots
1 kg
Peppers red hot chilli
2 piece
Garlic
2 piece
Sugar
200 g
Salt
4 Tbsp
Vegetable oil
200 g
Vinegar
50 ml
Cooking
Slice the cucumber length into four parts. Carrots and bell pepper into thin strips. Chili pepper in small pieces. Onion - rings. Put all spices (sugar, salt, vinegar and oil). Garlic chop very finely. Mix all and leave for two hours.
After two hours fold the salad in the jars and put the sterilized for 10-15 minutes after boiling water. On the bottom of the pan put a towel to not burst the banks. Seal the cans, or to close screw caps. Bon appetit!
