Chocolate cake with cherries and curd cream

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    10 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

Beat the eggs in a solid foam, gradually add sugar and cocoa. At the end add sour cream and stir with a spoon.

Mix baking powder with flour and add to dough.

Cherry roll in flour (1-2 tbsp. spoons) and put in the dough.
