RUB egg white with sugar, add hydrated soda and fermented baked milk
To the flour RUB the margarine mix until crumbs. Combine the flour and egg mixture, knead well elastic dough. Divide the dough into number of fillings. You can use the poppy seeds, coconut, vanilla sugar or cinnamon and other suitable for croutons toppings.
I have a 4: hazelnuts, candied orange, homemade, dried apricots, raisins.
Mix the dough and stuffing
Shape the loaves, put on baking paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
Cut the loaf into 1.5-2 cm

Dried crackers in the oven for 10 minutes, 170 degrees, then turn off the stove and wait for another 10 minutes. Remove croutons from oven and let cool in the form.
