Simple and quick to prepare pastries. Delicate crispy batter goes well with stuffed cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    3 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    15 g

Softened butter (in any case not to melt!) mash and add sour cream. Mix well.
