Vegetable stew with lamb
A delicious and hearty stew.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    800 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Mint

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oregano

Meat cut into small pieces and fry until Golden brown in hot olive oil.

Add roughly chopped (or quarter-rings) onion and cook for another 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add coarsely chopped cabbage, coarsely chopped potatoes, zucchini (sliced semi-circles), carrots and tomato - diced.

Pour 2 cups of salted boiling water and simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours. At the end of the extinguishing add garlic cloves, black pepper, oregano and a few leaves of mint. Bon appetit! PS Serve with pita bread, very tasty.
