Chicken Kiev
Just as it is in Europe :) ) Juicy butter chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Bread crumbs

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chicken breast free from bones, skin leave! and cut in half

Put a piece skin-side down between two layers of paper and repel a wooden hammer or rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter thick

Each piece of brisket with salt-pepper, put a piece of frozen butter (15g) and roll

Rolls to fasten with the skin, if not - then with a toothpick (but of course, it's not stylish :-), though securely)

Flour mixed with salt and nutmeg, the breadcrumbs, you can add cheese, eggs, a little beat up

Dip rolls in flour, then in eggs, then the breadcrumbs and refrigerate for 3 hours

Fry in deep fryer for 5 minutes (I'm at the 8 minute fried in a deep fryer) until Golden brown. Serve with slices of lemon! Bon appetit!
