Gnocchi with tomato sauce
Gnocchi - Italian dumplings made of potato dough. This dish I want for the contest "Fast from Moulinex". A delicious and nutritious c light ostrinkoy... nothing More to say, come and see for yourself.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    800 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Olive oil

Cooking

boil potatoes in their skins, peel them while still hot, RUB them in order, add the semolina and flour

To put on the table and knead the dough a little softer than the dumplings and leave to rest

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce, carrots to RUB on a grater, onion chop and fry in olive oil...

... add chopped tomatoes (from my banks in its own juice)

... add the boiled beans, spices ( I have my favorite Provencal herbs), garlic, salt and give writing a rolling boil for a few more minutes.

Go back to the dough. The dough roll sausage...

Cut the sausage into slices of 1 cm.

Throw our gnocchi in boiling salted water...
