Cooking

step-0
Prepare the filling. Heat oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onions and fry it until Golden brown.
step-1
To the onions add chopped peppers and cook vegetables until soft.
step-2
Then add tomato, herbs, spices, and bring to readiness. So exotic, like sweet smoked ground paprika I had, but in the refrigerator, lay a piece of homemade smoked bacon - that's it, I have used. Added a few pieces to vegetables.
step-3
For the test we need the oil from the sauteed, but it should be cool enough, so the vegetables spread on the sieve, which put into a pan to glass butter.
step-4
Knead the dough without the dough. Mix the yeast with the flour until the crumbs, add warm water, salt and paprika. I added a little sugar to taste. All mix well, gradually adding the oil from sauteed. The dough will be elastic and soft, but add more flour is not necessary. Let the dough vibralite 1 hour.
step-5
Now to the vegetables, add tuna (I mashed it with a fork) and stir. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out layers as thin as possible, like pizza, is an important feature of the empanada.
step-6
On the layer spread the filling
step-7
Cover with a second layer, decorate with the strips with egg yolk and pierce with a fork in several places, in the center to make a hole. To rasstavat not necessary! Bake at once in heated to 200 degrees oven for about 30 minutes.
step-8
The shape of the cake can be made as round or square.
step-9
There are empanada can be as warm or cold - delicious either way. Bon appetit!
