It's not just pancakes, and pancakes with apples. I will say that still corny? And if I add that they are in champagne? Believe it or not, it's true! On this idea prompted me Darling (FireFox). After the successful execution of its pie with fruit and champagne, I decided to continue experimenting with champagne and replaced them with plain yogurt for pancakes. Well, not to pour champagne from which it came out all of Gaza... it Seems crazy, but it turned out very tasty! The taste is slightly reminiscent of yeast pancakes, with Apple flavor... Yum!

Cooking
Apples clear from the skin, grate on a coarse grater. Add the yogurt, salt, sugar and soda.
Add the flour, stir, then pour in champagne until smooth test of density of sour cream. Let it sit a little test.
Fry pancakes in vegetable oil.
It's all fritters from this quantity of products. Not counting those 4-5 things that I carried in the cooking process, trying to get their taste :-D
