Cooking
Knead the dough: flour, yeast, dry milk, salt, sugar mix well. Melt margarine, mix with egg, oil and add in the dry part. Gradually add tomato juice (room temperature). The dough should not be tight (not like ravioli), and a little bland. Give the dough a few times to get up. When it ceases to stick to hands, the dough is ready. Divide the dough into 3 parts: the bottom layer is on the top for decoration
In a pan put the dough in a circle.
Put chicken fillet. I separated the meat from the chicken legs, as it is juicy than the breast. Season with salt and pepper.
Shred cabbage, carrot grate, onion cut into half rings. In vegetable oil fry the vegetables until Golden brown, season with salt. And spread on chicken.
From the second part of the test roll out a circle slightly bigger than the bottom (on three centimeters around the perimeter). Put on a pie, the edges of the top layer to wrap under the bottom layer of dough.
Cabbage leaves I did: take a piece of dough, roll into a ball and roll into oval shape. Cut in half.
On top to do finger waves (like dumplings suscipiat).
And alternately spread on the pie, the edges to tuck under the bottom.
Lubricate all yolk and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Here he is in the cut. Bon appetit!!!
