Cooking
Let's start: eggs, beat with sugar until thick foam,
add sour cream, softened margarine, starch and soda (slaked vinegar),
remove the zest from orange and add 1 tbsp to the dough,
add flour and knead the dough, the dough should be elastic, put it on an hour in the fridge.
Meanwhile, make the cream: in boiling milk add sugar...
and the remaining zest from orange;
to 100 ml of milk add 1 egg and 3 tbsp flour, stir it carefully and pour it into the boiling milk, stirring continuously
bring to the consistency of thick cream (the cream is cooked on a low fire). Into the cooled cream, add the butter.
The dough is ready, start baking. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and to not "score" the dough with flour, roll out the cakes directly on the baking sheet,
I have a large rolling pin (not with hands), and so I used a 0.5 l jar,
cookie monster pierce with a fork and sent in a preheated 180C oven until tender;
here's a rosy cookie monster should get.
To hot cookie monster attached form (I used the bottom of a split form with a diameter of 26 cm) and quickly cut out.
Coat the biscuits with cream,
the edges of the cake and sprinkle with crumbs from scraps,
to decorate the cake I used the recipe scullion orudakva "Caramelized orange".
