Cottage cheese-Apple banitsa
I love pancakes, and more pancakes I love banitsa with them. And today I want to offer You my version, with cheese and Apple layers. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

In a small amount of warm milk dissolve the yeast "SAF-moment" "Luxury Extra" and sugar. Let stand for 10-15 min before the appearance of the cap.

Combine all ingredients for the dough, mix until smooth.

Allow to stand 20 minutes and bake pancakes.

Melt butter over medium heat in a frying pan, add sugar and stir. Apple peel and core. Grate on a coarse grater. Add them to the pan and simmer until evaporation juice. Pour dry cream, cinnamon, mix and remove.

For cheese layer, combine and stir until smooth.

Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with semolina. To apply a little layer of cheese the size of a pancake. Put on a layer of pancake and again coat with the cheese mass.

Put a pancake on it put the Apple filling. Flatten.

And so alternate until the end. The last layer should be the cheese layer. They also need to cover the sides.

Bake in a hot oven at t=180 approximately one hour until tender.
