Casserole with eggplant
Just three ingredients. Delicious and easy to prepare dish.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

  • Salt

Eggplant peel and cut into slices. Fry. I was roasted on the grill. You can roast and in the pan. Divide the eggplant into 3 parts, since we will have several layers.

Grate cheese on a grater and divide into 3 parts.

Tomatoes for a few seconds dipped in boiling water.

Remove tomatoes skin and cut into small cubes.

Shift the tomatoes to the pan, season with salt and add squeezed through press the garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes. Divide the tomatoes into two parts.

On the bottom of the form lay the eggplant (1/3). The diameter of my form 26 see

Spread on top a thin layer of half the tomatoes.

Sprinkle with cheese (1/3).

Then repeat the layers: eggplant, tomatoes, and cheese. The top layer should be eggplant. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake it in the oven. Bake 25 minutes at temperature of 180°C.

Before you cut our pie into serving pieces, it must be cool.
