Mousse cake with
Very gentle, airy and easy to prepare mousse. The cake requires no baking and special skills to prepare. For a very long time I was puzzled with a choice of cake for his birthday! I and my guests were very pleased.

To dissolve gelatin. Thawed raspberries, drained (do not pour)the juice, add a little sugar to warm up.

Whisk the cream with sugar. Add grind in a blender the raspberries and gelatin. Spread half of our mass in the form (I form 20 cm in diameter). Spread on top of biscuits previously dipped in the juice (for a second!) And spread the remaining mass.

Everything must be done quickly, because the mass quickly thickens. Put them in the cold. After an hour, decorate with the raspberries and pour the diluted jelly. After 4 hours you can eat. I don't even have time to photograph it all!!! So quickly he was gone!
