Cooking
The butter and sugar thoroughly beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved (5-7 minutes).
Add the egg, zest, and optional vanilla essence.
All whip until creamy smooth.
Flour and cocoa mix with baking powder.
Stir the dry mixture with the oil.
Chocolate chopped into small pieces, dried apricots cut into small pieces, add raisins and nuts. This mixture is mixed with the ready test.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and remove one hour in the refrigerator. In a flat plate pour a little sugar. The cooled mass is divided into small balls. The balls roll in sugar on all sides and place on a baking sheet at a distance from each other. Slightly flatten and bake 10-12 minutes in preheated to 180 degrees oven.
