Today, this phrase gives me associations with my mother, she always was the person who had joined our family, she was the most important person in my life, I guess like all women, mothers on Earth. I dedicate this recipe to my mom and to all women, they give rise to a new life, they carry all the worries and cares on her fragile shoulders. Cooking
8gr yeast+ 250 ml warm cream+ 1 tbsp sugar and 4st. l flour giving rise to caps.

1,5 tsp of salt and about 450 - 500 g sifted flour
Knead soft, elastic dough and let it rise for 40 minutes.

Grease the top of bread mixture (egg + milk )and sprinkle with seeds
Bake at 240 ° for 15 minutes with steam and another 30 minutes at 200 degrees without steam. Allow to cool on a wire rack and enjoy!!!
