I always first prepare all the toppings. There are a huge variety of options of toppings, from Natik 797 they are very well described. In the original recipe the dough should be divided into 12 parts. I do, occasionally fewer, and sometimes more.

Immediately after that, I rolled out the ball into a thin tortilla, thickness 3-4mm
and lay on a plate, greased with vegetable oil. The cake also need to grease the top. So roll out and lubricates all the cakes. I lay them on 2 plates so that the dough did not sit down.
