Poffertjes. Recipe found on the Internet, I wanted to repeat and repeat, repeat... especially for children. Poffertjes - lush delicious small pancakes - serves in Holland and Northern Germany. They are baked in a special pan with holes and a long handle, then they are similar to doughnuts. I bake them on a regular Teflon pan for pancakes. We called pancakes "Gold coins" - a bit similar...

Cooking
Eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, beat well.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Leave on for 20-30 min.
Now bake on a greased skillet, pouring the batter with a TEASPOON, until Golden brown. Suggest oven on both sides until Golden brown, and the first side to try not to propagate until tender. Pancakes can be flipped several times. Before serving pour the melted butter (I poured) and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
