Oatmeal cake with lemon filling
A wonderful treat for tea! The loaf turns out very flavorful, moist, with a pleasant acidity. And cereal leave a nutty aftertaste!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    140 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

Lemons wash, boil until tender (about 15 minutes) allow to cool to warm.

While the lemons are cooling, oatmeal, steamed with boiling water, add the butter.
