Crispy chicken breast with bacon
Perfect for a picnic! The chicken turns out very crispy, but at the same time juicy and tender! Even without deep-frying! Well eaten by children, and adults too!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Bread crumbs

    150 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Chicken fillet wash and wipe dry with paper towels. Each fillet cut into 4-5 long pieces.

Make a marinade. Mix soy sauce. I use products from Blue Dragon.

Add lemon juice, ketchup, dried garlic, pepper. Mix everything.

Pour the fillet with the marinade and leave for 1-2 hours. Possible - up to 2 days.

Bacon cut into thin strips according to the number of fillets.

In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

Eggs lightly whisk with a fork.

Each piece of fillet wrap it in a slice of bacon.

Dip them in flour.

Dip in the eggs

And coat in breadcrumbs and cheese.

Put on with foil baking sheet.

Put the pan in a preheated 190 degree oven and bake the fillets until cooked and crispy and crusty, about 25-30 minutes.
