Delicious carrot cake
Think delicious can come out of the test, in which raw carrots and vegetable oil? I once tried to cook, now I bake this cake for guests and for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Carrots

    180 g

  • Vegetable oil

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    60 g

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

Cooking

Mix flour with soda and spices. Separately, beat vegetable oil with sugar (ideal brown sugar "Mistral").

Add eggs and continue whisking.

Add carrots and nuts. Now work with a spoon or spatula.

Then add in the carrot mixture the flour and mix until smooth.

Pour the finished mixture into the form and put in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for 40-50 minutes (it all depends on the shape and oven). I used a split form 26 cm wide Turns and low the cake, though now in Vogue small in diameter and tall cakes. If you're expecting a big company, you can bake two Korzh (multiply the ingredients by 2), you get a big cake.

While the cake freezes, make the cream. Beat cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Cut the cooled cake into 2 parts, proslaivaet and daubed cream.
