Grandma's Apple pie
14 pages Apple pies, some just not, from my mom, from grandma, from a friend... And yet SUCH a grandmother's Apple pie "pies. ru" I have not found. Easy to prepare, get even the novice mistress. Pie "in haste" for girlish get-togethers.

Make fast dough: soft butter, egg yolk, 50 g sugar and flour - mix to a state of crumbs and pour on the bottom covered with baking paper form. I have a form of a square, of course, you can take any other.

Turn on the oven at 200*C. Then make the almond pastry: whisk together - 2 eggs+protein, ground almonds, 1 tbsp flour, baking powder, vanilla, sugar. I didn't add 50 grams of sugar and 80 g, since the pie was made with fresh apples. If you use jam, sugar does not need much. All whisk and pour on top of apples.
