Cooking
Take our products and prepare delicious rolls of pork.
Beats the meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grind garlic with salt, then more juice garlic highlights.
Coat each piece of meat with garlic.
Dip them in the egg mixture.
Then in the breadcrumbs. And so twice, the last time in the egg.
Ideally, deep-fry, but I have a wonderful ceramic pan I don't have much oil, so I used it. Fry on both sides, low down the heat and simmer for 12-20 minutes.
Served a La carte with potatoes and salted cucumber=))
